Permanent Residence Permit (PRP) in Russia
Get help with your PRP application
A Permanent Residence Permit (PRP) can provide a basis to live in Russia. The route, permit conditions and supporting documents depend on your circumstances.
We help applicants assess their route, prepare documents and understand the submission process. We support clients from different countries and across different application routes.
Need to know which documents apply to you? Book a consultation. The lawyer can review your circumstances and give route-specific guidance.
Highly Qualified Specialist (HQS) applicants
The owner has advised that an HQS applicant’s PRP is valid for the period of the work permit, stated as three years. During this period, the owner says work is restricted to the current employer and regions where that employer has branches. After three years, the applicant may apply for an indefinite PRP; the owner describes the later PRP as having the ordinary conditions.
This explanation needs final legal review before publication, including the relationship between the three-year period, the applicant’s contracts and eligibility to apply for an indefinite permit.

Documents
Requirements vary by route and personal circumstances. The lawyer will confirm your document list during consultation. Do not rely on a general checklist as a complete list for your case.
Process and timing
The office states that it prepares document packages for submission within seven days. This is document preparation time, not the authority’s decision or processing time. Confirm the start point and timing for your case with the lawyer.
Fees
Fees vary by case and are discussed during consultation. No fixed service price is shown here.
